Hello to all Dexter Lane property owners.

As you all know the road work is finished. I hope everyone is happy with the work.

The invoice for all work done came in under the original estimate. Several factors contributed to the lower price. The brush and ditch material was deposited on the Dunn’s property instead of hauling off site to another location, thus saving truck time. Several culverts were not installed and less shale and crushed rock were needed.

Speed signs have been installed and a few more will go up in the coming weeks. Lower speed helps to maintain the road, so if everyone could relay this message to delivery drivers and guests to slow down it will help to maintain the road surface.
